Sleep Smart

Oh, did you find this for ME? It's exactly what I've been needing! When I was researching excessive dreaming, it was recommended that if the sufferer had a bedmate, he or she should actually WAKE the person stuck in the dreaming phase... to aid in restfull sleep.
